P.S. Love Me tells a story of love, separation, and the awful reality of war. It enters the lives of Ed and his sweetheart, Molly, who have recently met and fallen in love while living at a boarding house in New Farm in Brisbane. Ed is first posted to Parkes, N.S.W., where he trains in Morse Code. After six months, he moves to Evans Head, NSW, where he trains as a Wireless Air Gunner.
